Matthew Sindelar

Matt served in the United States Air Force as an Airborne Chinese Cryptologic Language Analyst and holds degrees from the US Defense Language Institute, Dartmouth College, and the Tuck School of Business. Before co-founding Solene Risk, he led global intelligence and forensic investigations for one of the world's leading consultancies, focused on anti-corruption and anti-bribery within Fortune 500 supply chains.

Colleen O'Connor
Co-Founder

Colleen is a graduate of Harvard Business School, Dartmouth College, and Tsinghua University. She has lived or worked in over 10 countries, primarily in Asia, and earned the coveted China-based Schwarzman Scholarship. Before Solene, she spent her career building AI and tech products and consulting on multinational business strategies for the world's largest risk, logistics, transportation, and fraud-prevention firms.
